Very slow connection speed (1Mbps) with Atheros 9271 USB adapter (tested
TP-Link WN722N)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert USB Wi-Fi adapter into USB slot
2. Connect to Access Point
3. Check Connection Information in Network Manager

Actual results:

Connection sped is 1Mbps

Expected results:

Connection sped should be 54Mbps
(AP is located 1m from computer)
