Description of problem: Enter systemsettings and start jovie. A message appear stating that jovie has crshed unexpectedly, but the jovie icon shows up in the system tray anyway. Back in systemsettings, try to select voices and none are available, even though lots of festvox voices are installed. Festival works on the command line.
