The UIDefault.ProxyLazyValue class has unsafe reflection usage. 
It did not properly check the permissions of the caller and allowed untrusted
callers to create objects via ProxyLazyValue
UIDefault.ProxyLazyValue.(CVE-2010-3553) 

The CVSSv2 scored upstream is
cvss2=7.5/AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
