Description of problem:
When you click on System Settings->Manage Users->Create, and then want to *not* create a new user, the cancel button:

a)  Is not styled, so looks like a regular HTML link
b)  Just reloads the "Add New Account" page.  I would expect Cancel to get you back to the Manage Users summary page.

This has been fixed in previous user page update.  Sent a use case test to list

Fixed .

Button is styled and reloads the Users page.
