The new rhn cfg clients are needed for rhel 4 for symlinks to work. However the clients require libselinux-python which is not available for rhel 4. Stub methods need to be generated for this to work..

The 5.4.0 RHN Satellite and RHN Proxy release has occurred. This issue has been resolved with this release.
