Description of problem:

If user mouse-overs to the resource tree nodes, it does not display the right click hint. In jon2.4, it used to display the hint like 'Right-click for more options'.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Login to Jon.
2) Navigate to Inventory->Platforms
3) Click on a platform
4) Mouse-over to any of the resource tree nodes.
  
Actual results:
Resource tree nodes does not display right click hint on mouse-over

Expected results:
Resource tree nodes should display right click hint on mouse-over like 'Right-click for more options'.
