Description of problem: Add field check for new pool

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pools and Zones 
2. Click on New pool
3. Enter "@%&*())_@!#!" 
4. Pool gets added.

correct error message

Pools now correctly field checks the name for special characters however pool families does not (bug 689442).
