Created attachment 454390 [details] ss1 Description of problem: Recreate: 1. launch an instance named "foo" 2. stop/shutdown the instance... not really needed, but a good work flow 3. launch another instance named "foo" results: get an unformatted error message. Validation failed: Name has already been taken Please add error nav. See screenshot
