Currently we run an XMLRPC call to update beaker server with new distros in cobbler. Look at doing this with a message bus

Hi Ray,

Just to be clear this would be listening for add/remove events on the scheduler.  And the lab controllers would be emitting the add events at import time.  rel-eng will actually be emitting the remove events and both the scheduler and lab controllers will act on that event.
