Description of problem: The customer is trying to add an SA into their main RHN account (623464) and they are getting the following error: "The city, state, postal code combination is invalid." The customer is using a valid address: Street 1325 JONES RD City HOFFMAN ESTATES State IL ZIP 60169 Country USA Also, why is city, state, zip even required?
Moving to proper Product/Component since the user management is being performed outside of the RHN, which only provides UI to it.

Created attachment 475818 [details] Adding a Zip+4, or misspelling the city will not work This works fine. I've added the address in UGC, and as a shipping address in the store, it checks out fine. If the customer tries to add a more detailed zip code (the field is longer than five characters to accommodate international zips), there is an error. If the customer misspells the city name, there is an error. I think this is a case where the customer has to be sensible about filling in the fields. The reason why we require new user logins to provide city, state, and zip (in the US) is beyond the scope of this defect report.
Kelly, would you please determine if the customer is still having this difficulty, or CLOSE the but with WORKSFORME as resolution. Thanks!
