Update inputattach to latest version in dtor's repository.

Description of problem:
an updated driver for wacom serial devices is queued up for the next kernel. inputattach needs a new flag for this driver (w8001). See patches attached.

First patch updates inputattach to the latest version from http://mirror.leaseweb.com/kernel/people/dtor/inputattach.c
afaict, that's only style changes and cleanups, and the addition of one device.

Second patch adds the w8001 flag.
Third patch adds support for custom baud rates, some wacom tablets need 38400, others 19200.

Ping? I'm getting bugreports on the wacom driver now because we still don't have this.
