This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Creating a machine with a SCSI disk on virt-manager, won't allow the VM to run.

SCSI is not supported on RHEL 5 and 6 KVM.  It is only supported on RHEL 5 Xen.
