Bad Display

Description of problem:
While browsing various Hindi websites, few website in Firefox/Thunderbird (messages) has bad Rendering (not readable). Attaching three Screenshot
2 Firefox - 1 Website totally broken, other has partial broken content
1 Thunderbird - Mail has Blue with OK Rendering, Green with Bad Rendering

Other thing I note with fc-match,
