1. Opened rhythmbox
2. Started playing a song
3. Notifications appear, panel loop-crashed about 20 times before recovering

Actually, looks like it's the music-applet which causes the problems. Many interaction with that applet crash the panel, such as adding a new music-applet to the panel or removing one.

How to reproduce
-----
1. Opened rhythmbox via gnome-panel music applet
2. Music applet changed appearance - only the forward arrow was suddenly visible
3. OK for a few seconds
4. Started playing music
5. Looks like upon updating the text of the music applet with the new track name, gnome-panel crashes
