Yes. I tried as normal user. I tried reinstalling soundconverter. I tried running soundconverter as root. I also tried adding a new user named "tester", logged in as this new user and tried again. I also tried a fresh install with Fedora-14-Beta-i686-Live-LXDE.iso on a USB stick, and installed soundconverter on it. Same result. What else can I try ?
You're using a Dutch locale, right? "cat /etc/sysconfig/i18n" giving nl_NL.UTF-8 or something. Does this build work for you? http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2561285
