Description of problem: If transmission-gtk is minimized to the system tray, then opened again, the "About Transmission" window appears together with the main window. Reopen. Actual results: Main window appears together with "About Transmission" window. Expected results: Main window should appear by itself.

Following this batch of updates, I stopped seeing this bug, even though Transmission isn't updated yet. I'm not able to reproduce the bug by downgrading, though.
