Description of problem:

Client+VT for x86_64 contains these unresolved dependency errors:

Error: Missing Dependency: libpng-devel is needed by package qspice-libs-devel-0.3.0-54.el5_5.2.x86_64 (update_VT)
Error: Missing Dependency: alsa-lib-devel is needed by package qspice-libs-devel-0.3.0-54.el5_5.2.x86_64 (update_VT)
Error: Missing Dependency: xulrunner-devel >= 1.9 is needed by package qspice-libs-devel-0.3.0-54.el5_5.2.x86_64 (update_VT)
Error: Missing Dependency: nspr-devel >= 4.7.1 is needed by package qspice-libs-devel-0.3.0-54.el5_5.2.x86_64 (update_VT)

Missing libraries are present in Workstation.

Impact:
It is impossible to install qspice-libs-devel as part of Client+VT included in VT.
This is not regression, same dependency problem seems to be present also in rhel5.5.

I think it has to be done this way.
VT does not require Workstation where all devel packages live.
We solved it by writing a release note last time...
