sometimes, at the exit of pulp-migrate, you get:
Exception in thread Thread-1 (most likely raised during interpreter shutdown)

This is likely due to the async module getting loaded by the script, which isn't necessary...

This should be fixed and we haven't seen it happen in a long time.
