Can you try typing linux text mem=xxxM where xxx is 16 less then the amount of ram you have (in megabytes)
using the latest boot.img I got on instructions from redhat support, if I enter "linux" the screen blanks. If I enter "text mem=752M" I get calculating delay loop 1992.29BogoMIPS unable to handle paging request at virtual address 0f003cac Further information on my problem is at redhat service request 205605. I have since placed all cards back in the system as removing them didn't help.
Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem persists. The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older releases, and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the problem in the bug tracker at: http://bugzilla.fedora.us/
