deleting the .metadata project fix the problem for sometimes (but projects configuration is lost)
This is a known problem with x86_64 jvm that is currently being worked on. A replacement should be made for f14 and rawhide shortly. See the workaround posted in the duplicated bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=647737
