Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to deltacloud
2. Launch few instances
3. click on "Shutdown " or "Remove failed " (make sure no instance is selected )
Message displayed : Couldn't find Instance without an ID 

Message shall be more understandable like : 
"No instance is selected ."

Another way to recreate

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Instance page 
2. WIthout selecting any checkbox , click on "Remove failed "
3. Throws error :Couldn't find Instance without an ID
