Technical note added. If any revisions are required, please edit the "Technical Notes" field accordingly. All revisions will be proofread by the Engineering Content Services team. New Contents: A flaw in the Python QMF console library caused events generated by QMFv2 agents to not be propagated to the application. As a result, events generated by agents could not be seen if they were using the QMFv2 format (i.e. any agent built using the C++ agent API). This update fixes the defect so that events generated by QMFv2 agents are visible from the console API.
