Description of problem:
Section 5.7. Test RHN Proxy Server with SSL asks the user to change the
sslCACert line in both /etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhn_register and
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date. Trouble is, that line only exists in
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date

Steps to Reproduce:
# pwd
/etc/sysconfig/rhn
# grep sslCACert *
up2date:sslCACert[comment]=The location of the SSL CA certificate.
up2date:sslCACert=/usr/share/rhn/RHNS-CA-CERT
# rpm -q up2date
up2date-2.7.86-7.x.3
# rpm -q rhn_register
rhn_register-2.7.21-7.x.3

I fixed this in CVS and pushed the latest version to the RHN Intranet site.
