Fedora is trying to remove hal from the distribution, see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/HalRemoval abrt-gui is one of the last packages requiring hal in the Desktop CD: abrt-gui -> gnome-python2-gnomevfs -> gnome-vfs2 -> hal-libs
