Description of problem:
qutim plugmen don't connect to host with packages.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.2.0-8.fc14

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run qutim
2. go "Main menu" - > "Manage packages"
3. see error "Connection refused"
  
Actual results:
Error "Connection refused"

Expected results:
qutim plugmen connecting to packages host, show packages for select and install

Additional info:

Please, remove qutim-plugman from fedora repos

In this case I can't fix this problem. I also do not see any worth remove plugin. So, lets wait coming 0.3 version. I plan start packaging it from early beta freeze.
