Thanks for reporting this bug. Do you have the unrar package installed?

Comment 3 Christoph Wickert 2010-12-12 01:08:59 UTC
Hi, could you please answer to my previous question? I also wonder if this is a regular crash or only happens sometimes.

Comment 4 Jose 2010-12-12 02:33:08 UTC
Hello,

The unrar package was installed and the rar file was an incomplete rar file.

Regards

Comment 5 Christoph Wickert 2011-02-18 12:23:14 UTC
Just for completeness: xarchiver crashes every time with a broken rar file? Only with this particular file or with incomplete files in general.

Comment 6 Jose 2011-02-19 06:21:58 UTC
With that broken rar. Actually, I don't have too many rar files, I usually use zip and lately 7z.

I have already deleted that broken rar file.

Best regards,
