qlge 1.0.0.27 patch tarball.

Update the qlge driver in RHEL 5.6 to 1.0.0.27.  There are four fixes associated with this:

qlge: Restoring the vlan setting during ql_adapter_up.
qlge: reset the chip before freeing the buffers.
qlge: Fix a deadlock when the interface is going down.
qlge: Generate the coredump to ethtool user buffer.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
