Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

After looking again at this, I'm not sure we have any idea what caused it.  It may be a different issue, but it's not clear if this is 628875, which requires SMP AMD VMs.

Comment #0 talks about SMP AMD VM. I do not see how it is not duplicate of 628875. I am marking it as duplicate again. Please re-open it if and only if BZ 628875 is resolved but this bug is still reproducible.
