Description of problem:

The version of etherape in current Fedora rawhide is quite old. 0.9.9 is
now available from sourceforge.

Etherape is now at 0.9.10, while the current release in fedora is 0.9.7, more than five years old.  Later releases have many improvements, even for packagers.
