could you please update cmake on EPEL-4 to a newer release? GROMACS is in EPEL-4 and has just switched to using CMake as its build system. The current version in EL-4 is not new enough to build GROMACS. The version in EL-5 works.

cmake-2.6.4-5.el4.2 has been submitted as an update for Fedora EPEL 4.

cmake-2.6.4-5.el4.2 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 4 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
 If you want to test the update, you can install it with
