Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 655133
function ldap_init_fd() not provided by openldap
Last modified: 2013-03-03 20:28:18 EST
Technical note added. If any revisions are required, please edit the "Technical Notes" field accordingly. All revisions will be proofread by the Engineering Content Services team. New Contents: Prior to this update, the libldap library did not provide the ldap_init_fd() function, even though certain utilities such as cURL rely on it and could not work properly as a result. This update applies a backported upstream patch that implements this API function, so that these tools can now work as expected.
