Description of problem:
There are condor-reuse-slot users on log-on screen. They are not there in i386 XP and Windows 2003 x x86_64/i386.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Windows XP x86_64 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Condor for Windows as Administrator
2. restart OS
3. try to log in and see condor-reuse-slot* users on log-on screen
  
Actual results:
There are condor-reuse-slot* users on log-on screen.

Expected results:
There will be no condor-reuse-slot* users on log-on screen.

For the machine in question could you please attach the output of:

regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList

Does this exist with the 2.0 installer, several sources say it does not.

Also which service pack version does this exist under?
