End user needs to be able to force password expiration from the graphical interface as he is not familiar with the command line. Managing users from system-config-users and switching to terminal just to run "chage -d 0" is unpractical. The "User last changed password on" field in the "Password Info" tab of the "User Properties" window of system-config-users should be editable or at least resettable.
