How to reproduce
-----
1. Have evolution-mapi installed, connected to Outlook 2007.
2. Copied text that was a hyperlink from a webpage.
3. Pasted into e-mail reply.
4. Highlighted already-linked text and clicked the insert link button.
5. Crash.

In step 1, I meant "Exchange 2007", my mistake.
