Backtrace associated with openoffice crash

Description of problem:

Openoffice writer crashes after software update. Abrt captures and reports crash, however, after downloading over 60 debuginfo packages abrt is unable to generate a usable backtrace. Abrt advises: Reporting disabled because the backtrace is unusable. Please try to install debuginfo manually using the command: debuginfo-install openoffice.org-brand then use the Refresh button to regenerate the backtrace.

Followed manual debuginfo install instructions above and refreshed abrt.

Then, followed instructions to use: "yum --disablerepo='*' --enablerepo='*-debuginfo' install /usr/lib/debug/.build-id/25/7d0d6467b9f4374470e0384a3e602be99b058e /var/cache/abrt-di/usr/lib/debug/.build-id/25/7d0d6467b9f4374470e0384a3e602be99b058e".

Yum reports "No package /var/cache/abrt-di/usr/lib/debug/.build-id/25/7d0d6467b9f4374470e0384a3e602be99b058e available" but installs: kernel-debuginfo-common-i686-2.6.35.6-48.fc14.i686 and kernel-debuginfo-2.6.35.6-48.fc14.i686

Abrt is still unable to generate backtrace.

That the bt is unusable is nothing to do with OpenOffice.org itself. The crash itself however it almost certainly to do with the quickstarter
