Description of problem:
There is ISE when clicking into "regular entitlement" on Entitlements.do page

Steps to Reproduce:
1.ISE found: when clicking on /rhn/channels/software/Entitlements.do -> /network/systems/system_list/in_channel_family.pxt?cfam_id=1000

Actual results:
ISE

Expected results:
no ISE

This bug has been fixed in Spacewalk 1.3.
