1. Launched remote session by double clicking the session name in Gnome-RDP application.
2. Remote screen appeared, then within a few seconds the segfault occurred

Hmmm - we'll I submitted twice because my stacktrace did not get posted.  Second time didn't help.  The stacktrace is not identical to the one posted by J. Ollie, but maybe it was "close enough"?

In my case, it seems that sound events are the culprit.  I can trivially generate a fault (the same one???) by generating a sound in the WinXP sounds applet.  I have attached the error dialog (apparently not selectable text - don't you just hate that?) starting with:

   ao_pulse ERROR: Unrecognized channel name "" in chanel matrix ""

Hmmm, this is suspicious.  I just did a yum update a few hours ago and have a new version of pulseaudio stuff:
