From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.79 [en] (WinNT; U)

Description of problem:
Although tuxracer ran fine, I found that dgen (A sega genesis emulator) had
poor performance. Once I d/l'ed SDL 1.2.4 from their website, recompiled the
src rpm, and upgraded SDL, the performance was fine.

Everything was fine under RH 7.2

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'dgen' - a Sega Gensis emulator
2.
3.

Actual Results: Very poor performance

Expected Results: Normal performance, which was fine under RH 7.2
