New PCI IDs of CX3 device should be added to the inbox mlx4 driver.

@Mellanox,

We need to confirm that there is third-party commitment to 
test for the resolution of this request during the RHEL 6.1 
Beta Test Phase before we can approve it for acceptance 
into the release.

Could you test this bug when 6.1 beta is out, and post your
test feedback here?
