Description of problem:
Icons in balsa main window mostly wrong or missing

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
balsa-0:2.4.7-2.fc14.i686

How reproducible:
Each time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start balsa
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
many missing or wrong icons

Expected results:
each icon different, suitable for its purpose

Additional info:
I'm currently using my own build of balsa with threads and NetworkManager support disabled.  Threads cause balsa to disappear randomly, and NM is not running here so balsa won't check mail.  I'll file a bug about the NetworkManager problem.

The icons appear normal now.  The bug is fixed.
