Comment 3 Levente Farkas 2010-12-21 08:56:02 EST
can we wait an update for rhel-6 too?
Comment 4 Tim Waugh 2010-12-21 10:27:16 EST
We hope to fix this in a future update to Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Thank you for reporting it.
Comment 5 Levente Farkas 2010-12-21 10:47:35 EST
and the above patch is wrong for two reason:
- installvendorlib and installvendorarch by default
- INSTALLSITELIB=$RPM_BUILD_ROOT/%{installvendorlib} should have to be INSTALLSITELIB=%{perl_vendorlib} without $RPM_BUILD_ROOT

Comment 8 Siddharth Nagar 2011-06-08 21:54:26 EDT
Deferring to RHEL 6.3 for possible inclusion. We are unable to accommodate this for RHEL 6.2.

ask your support representative to propose this request, if
appropriate and relevant, in the next release of Red Hat
Enterprise Linux. If you would like it considered as an
exception in the current release, please ask your support
