Can you try "yum install python-lockfile" and see if that fixes it?
Got the same error after updating to testing. Seems to work fine after installing python-lockfile

The newly build package (Thanks Paul) isn't push'd to the repo yet, while the older build is already unpushed. You can grab it from koji or wait until it's pushed. Should be latest on Monday. Thanks.
