This is a year-old bug with lots of proomises but no action -- unfortunately, even if my life depended on it, I could not locate the thread that discusses this issue that I was reading five hours ago. How to reproduce ----- 1. Run Glade-3 (glade3 3.7.1) 2. Add a main window widget. 3. Try to add a notebook widget. 4. Glade-3 crashes: "GladeUI:ERROR:glade-project.c:4354:glade_project_model_get_path: assertion failed: (child != NULL) ... Aborted (core dumped) It doesn't matter how one tries to add a notebook, Glade-3 always crashes. It is the most reliable thing I have ever seen.
