Description of problem:
some animated gifs do not work in thunderbird


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
thunderbird-3.1.6-2.fc14.i686

How reproducible:
alway

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Display email with animated gif content

Actual results:
you see only the first frame of the gif, then it is transparent.

Expected results:
neatly animated gif

Additional info:
the gif shows fine in eog and Gwenview.

We found this bug in the upstream database (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=597174) and believe that it is more appropriate to let it be resolved upstream.

The issue has been resolved upstream, so that it should be made available to Fedora users when the new upstream version is packaged.
