Description of problem:
when responding 'r' to the 'Do you want to mount your partitions' question, vfat
partitions are mounted rw regardless.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot SysAdmin CD
2. type 'r' at the question
3. cat /proc/mounts
4. create a file on the partition

Actual Results: partition mounted read-write

Expected Results: partition mounted read-only

Additional info:

CD1 does not exhibit this behaviour (i.e. vfat partitions are mounted ro as
requested)

Should work better now.
