This looks good now, moving to ON_QA for verification in official build verification blocked by bug 678390 This is good to go in the 2011-04-15 AMI (ami-18fa0671). The test button has now been removed from the creation page. When the account is added, it is first checked for a successful connection and then saved. The user then gets a 'Test' button and the account details for future checking of the account information.
