Description of Problem:Disk Druid refuses to remove vfat partition on 40GB drive

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Chose Disk Druid
2. Try to remove vfat partition from drive
3. 

Actual Results:
Cannot delete partition from drive

Expected Results:
partition removed

Do you get a dialog box saying:

"Cannot delete partition from drive"

when you try to delete the partition?

Could you attach the output of 'fdisk -l ' for the drive this vfat partition is on?
