Description Matt McCutchen 2010-12-23 04:25:43 UTC
Description of problem:
When generic-release is installed and I try to report a bug to Bugzilla, abrt fails with the message "XML-RPC Fault(50): RPC failed at server. You must select/enter a product." See bug 645706 comment 14 for the reason. It should be OK to allow reporting bugs with generic-release since abrt still checks that packages are signed by the Fedora key.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
abrt-1.1.14-1.fc14

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have generic-release installed.
2. (unset DISPLAY && eclipse)
3. Attempt to report the crash to Bugzilla.

Actual results:
Success.

Expected results:
"XML-RPC Fault(50): RPC failed at server. You must select/enter a product."

Looks like bugzilla needs a capability to override product.
