Even starting Rawtherapee from the application menu or from the comand line ends with a core dump
(segmentation fault)

Hi,
Thanks for your report.

I will try and submit an update soon. Meanwhile, you may want to try this unofficial repo:
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/tnorth/rawtherapee-staging/

Which contains the latest unstable rawtherapee.

Also, you could try to clear the cache, at this early development stage, rawtherapee changes quite a lot between builds.

I'm the original submitter of #671995. Deleting ~/.config/RawTherapeeAlpha/ helped to make it work. Thank you for suggestion Thibault.
