Description of problem:

Initial enumeration fails after sssd restart for local domain.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sssd-1.5.1-0.2010122318git375e3e4.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure SSSD for local domain.
2. service sssd restart
3. getent -s sss passwd | grep puser1
  
Actual results:
Enumeration hangs.

Expected results:
Should get entries for puser1 successfully.

Enumeration works as expected.
